Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone calls, handling patient inquiries, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently and effectively.
- Processing payments accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Providing administrative support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
