We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This role is key in identifying and engaging potential clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and engage potential leads on social media platforms.
  2. Conduct initial outreach messages to spark conversations and generate interest.
  3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  4. Maintain a structured follow-up process to keep leads warm and engaged.
  5. Update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly with interaction history and lead status.
  6. Collaborate with senior sales members to ensure seamless hand-off for closing.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and outreach strategies.
  • Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
