Job Summary
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our sales team at SI Global Solution Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing targeted sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management

Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and business development. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
