The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of extensive experience in the SaaS industry, with 5 years of team management and leadership in digital marketing or related fields.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic SaaS environment. As the Sales Director, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our sales team, driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and outreach, ensuring effective collaboration with the Technical Support Advisors or Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams. Your role will involve setting up demos and meetings, tracking sales performance, and reporting on progress.

Key Areas of Focus:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on generating and qualifying leads for our SaaS digital marketing platform.
  • Top-of-Funnel Activities: Drive top-of-funnel activities by researching and identifying potential customers.
  • Outreach and Collaboration: Oversee outreach efforts through various channels to schedule and coordinate demos and meetings, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
