Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment process for Pakistan, collaborating with hiring managers, and crafting job specs to attract top talent.
  • Coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Liaising with our EOR provider for payroll, benefits, and compliance, maintaining accurate employee records, and overseeing timely payroll administration.
  • Providing advice on local best practices, ensuring compliance, and supporting the People team in achieving our business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience in HR or office management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
