Loyalty Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loyalty Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer loyalty initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day operations of loyalty programs, including member engagement, rewards fulfillment, and program performance tracking. They will also have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive program success.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for loyalty strategies. You will also monitor program metrics and provide regular insights to inform business decisions.
