Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the full order cycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating complex logistics operations and leading a team of riders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Optimize routes and schedules to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Leadership Roles:

  1. Recruit, lead, and manage a team of riders, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  2. Maintain open communication channels with riders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies that improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
