Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Incharge, located in Islamabad. The Delivery Incharge will oversee daily delivery operations, including managing delivery schedules, coordinating with delivery personnel, and ensuring timely deliveries. The individual will also manage inventory, address customer inquiries and issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Delivery Incharge will be responsible for maintaining records, analyzing delivery performance, and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Operations Management and Inventory Management skills
  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in logistics or delivery operations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
