Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the allotted timeframe and to the desired quality standards.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of and compliance with established research processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with managers on day-to-day project execution, including questionnaire design and input.
  • Maintain timely and proactive communication with internal divisions, vendors, and other offices to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure that materials are dispatched to support teams on schedule and thoroughly reviewed for accuracy.
  • Provide proactive updates during the project lifecycle, including status reports and database issue notifications, as required.
  • Support client presentations with managers as necessary.
