About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Naqsha (Private) Limited. As an Account Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise in customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, closing deals and driving business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends, informing data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum education of BBA, BA, BS, or BSC from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex sales environments and find creative solutions.
