Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage the accounts receivable process and oversee financial operations related to project-based revenues, retainerships, staff augmentations, and product sales. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate collection of payments, maintain healthy cash flow, and establish effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-ups for payments across all revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for invoicing and payment-related discussions.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts receivable process.
