Sales Role Overview:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software industry.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals with existing clients.
- Product Demos & Consultations: Conduct product presentations and provide tailored ERP solutions to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Sales Reporting: Track and manage sales activities and forecasts through CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, ERP, SaaS, enterprise software sales and services sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Crm Proficiency: Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
