Bulerez Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to partner with clients in Islamabad Office. The ideal candidate will source, interview, and select candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client meetings to understand job requirements and specifications.
  • Discuss job packages and qualifications with clients.
  • Post job ads on various platforms, including job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
  • Attend job fairs and professional events.
  • Screen resumes and interview potential candidates regularly.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future use.
  • Prepare reports on best-fit candidates and update clients.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the hiring process is maintained.
  • Update and store information in Resume Databases.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients and staffing agencies.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (work experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • Work experience as an IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or similar position in the Human Resources department.
  • Able to evaluate candidates through the interview process.
  • Confidential information handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Strong writing skills for accurate job descriptions.
  • Knowledge of various job boards.
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent relation-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor and HR regulations.
  • Excellent work ethics with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Profound knowledge of the hiring process.
