Special Olympics Pakistan is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports. Our mission is to provide year-round training and competitive opportunities for children and adults.
We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for inclusion and community development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administration, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics for events and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office administration and maintain a well-organized working environment.
- Provide administrative support to the staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to data protection policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff, athletes, and volunteers.
- Ensure timely procurement of supplies and services, handling vendor relations effectively.
- Manage petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with documentation and financial tracking related to events and operations.
- Support event planning and logistics, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration, operations, and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
