About the Role

This dynamic individual will play a pivotal role in shaping Human Resources practices and objectives, promoting an employee-oriented culture of excellence, integrity, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Service Line Managers and HRBPs to pinpoint staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria based on job requisitions received.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Sources potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
  • Develop and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Drive innovation by suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with key personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, labor relations, negotiation, and personnel information systems concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage stress and time effectively.
  • Confident communication skills, including the ability to address groups of people.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including report preparation and analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with multiple HR Management systems is highly desirable.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
