
HR Business Partner

This role is pivotal in aligning organizational objectives with employees and management across designated business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with recruitment teams to execute large-scale staffing initiatives efficiently within tight timelines.
- Establish stakeholder relationships across various departments to synchronize HR strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices to line management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR group to analyze trends and metrics.
- Manage complex employee relations issues through effective investigations and resolutions.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching and career development.
- Foster work relationships and enhance morale by working closely with management and employees.
- Deliver policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is also essential.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience resolving employee relations issues.
- Prioritizing an advanced degree such as an MBA is desirable.
