Job Description

This role is pivotal in aligning organizational objectives with employees and management across designated business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to execute large-scale staffing initiatives efficiently within tight timelines.
  • Establish stakeholder relationships across various departments to synchronize HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices to line management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR group to analyze trends and metrics.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues through effective investigations and resolutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching and career development.
  • Foster work relationships and enhance morale by working closely with management and employees.
  • Deliver policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is also essential.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Prioritizing an advanced degree such as an MBA is desirable.
