Dispatch Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the online dispatch service for a UK company, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the training team to learn about the UK address system and dispatch system, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • Residency in Peshawar or nearby areas, allowing for easy transportation and relocation.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

The selected candidate will undergo a two-week training period to ensure a smooth transition into the role. During this time, you will gain hands-on experience with our systems and processes, receiving feedback and guidance from experienced professionals.

You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including dispatching packages, managing inventory, and resolving issues with customers.
