Job Title: Oracle ERP Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP specialist to manage, maintain and deliver the company's ERP engagements for the smooth functioning of HR and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience working on Oracle ERP modules (HRMS/Payroll).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Management: Ensure that HR/Payroll modules and system-related issues are resolved promptly.
  • User Requirements: Manage and maintain the end-user requirements and expectations of ERP modules.
  • Analysis and Suggestions: Analyze the current HR and Payroll systems after considering the emerging technological environment and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Suggestions and Implementation: Discuss proposed suggestions with the user department for applicability and implementation and finalize recommendations for approvals from sectional/departmental head.
  • Development and Training: Develop new modules as per approved suggestions for further implementation and arrange necessary training for the user department on developed modules.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist HR/Payroll Lead and ERP lead as needed.
  • Process Improvements: Provide inputs for process improvements in ERP and upgrade technological developments.
  • Reporting: Ensure necessary/required ERP/functional reports are generated and submitted to management.
  • Tech Support: Provide timely technical support to end users for smooth business continuity.
  • BPR Projects: Implement Business Process Re-engineering projects including end users' training.
  • Tender Documents: Assist ERP lead in preparing technical tender documents.
  • Bid Evaluation: Assist in evaluating technical bids as advised by ERP/departmental lead.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework while performing job responsibilities.
  • Ethics Policy: Ensure compliance with Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake any other task assigned by supervisor.
