Job Opportunity

This is an ongoing contract, full-time property management position that requires the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving issues with current tenants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicating effectively with landlords regarding the status of their properties.
  • Fielding questions from prospective buyers and assisting with new owner onboarding.
  • Describing our property management process to interested parties.
  • Meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English fluency (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service experience, particularly in tech or start-up environments.
  • Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt tone for different users.
  • Technical savviness and good internet connectivity.
