Job Overview
  • This Senior Project Manager role will report directly to the Senior Software Manager (SSM) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for project identification, analysis, review, and implementation.

The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers, business analysts, and core engineering members. They will utilize their knowledge of SDLC and technical cycles to deliver projects on time.

A key responsibility will be conceptualizing, designing, building, deploying, and testing projects before handing them over to customers. This will involve coordinating with internal resources using project management tools to divide tasks and monitor team performance.

JIRA will be used for task assignment and delegation to technical teams working on projects. Regular progress reports will be submitted to the SSM in a timely manner.

Risk identification and mitigation strategies will also be a critical aspect of this role. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address bugs and issues in projects efficiently.

Additionally, they will create technical documents and reports to inform stakeholders about project progress. Effective communication with customers regarding project status and technical details is essential.

This position requires expertise in JIRA management, project scope development, and knowledge of multiple frameworks, operating systems, and platforms.
