Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal analytical role in our customer success team. As a tech-savvy professional, you will utilize data to optimize processes and automation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer success data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics.
  • Collaborate with customer success managers (CSMs) to understand their needs and identify areas for process optimization.
  • Document customer success processes and workflows.
  • Monitor the sales to customer success handoff process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize technical skills to automate tasks and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads for CSMs.
  • Conduct surveys to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate planning for team growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and processes.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy with automation and optimization tool experience.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
