Developing a successful sales strategy is critical in today's competitive market. We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in driving growth and expanding our presence in the food ingredients and specialty chemicals sector.

This role involves generating and qualifying leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Strong technical product knowledge and excellent client relationship-building skills are essential for success.

  • We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong background in food science and technology an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the specialty food ingredients and flavors sector, is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
