About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our team, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Managing financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Providing administrative support, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and data entry
- Maintaining accurate financial records, using accounting software
- Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborating with the team to improve business processes
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance from a reputable institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounts and administration
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong data entry skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
