Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Lead Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the administrative functions of the mill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the administrative functions of the mill
- Organize and maintain all administrative and security requirements of the mill
- Handle day-to-day office/routine work efficiently, including civil work, housekeeping, inventory management, etc.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Mill administration and Security
- Ability to make quick decisions on spot
- Grievance handling skills
- People Management
- Ability to adhere strict timelines and complete civil works/administrative and security tasks on agreed timelines
- Leadership capability
- Risk assessment capability and taking precautionary measures to avoid forecasted risks
