Strategic Financial Decision Maker

This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance department operations.
- Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Ensure smooth execution of audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications: CA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent).
- Candidates with articles from Big4 accounting firms would be preferred.
- Expertise in IFRS, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
- Commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
