Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This position involves generating new business leads through telephone and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and developing new business prospects from various sources.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities via phone and email by introducing clients' solutions and services to potential buyers.
  2. Qualifying Leads: Follow up on leads and obtain referrals to identify potential prospects.
  3. Pain Point Identification: Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects' pain points to understand how clients' solutions can address those needs.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all actions and emails in our CRM system.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture prospect relationships through regular communication and follow-up interactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of lead generation/inside sales experience.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
