We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and resolve customer concerns or issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback to improve products/services based on customer insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Ecommerce Customer Support experience (Local).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
