Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and resolve customer concerns or issues.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback to improve products/services based on customer insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Ecommerce Customer Support experience (Local).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
