Job Opportunity

The objective of this role is to guarantee seamless operational preparedness, planning, and execution of sales support functions in the North 2 Region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Channel Enablement & Sales Operations: Ensure the field sales force is equipped with necessary tools and resources to achieve targets.
  • Effective Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including HQ, Regional Directors, and Zonal Teams, to drive business objectives.
  • Trade Marketing Planning & Execution: Lead regional trade marketing activities, including ATL/BTL campaigns, in-market visibility initiatives, POS material deployment, and event activations.
  • Team & Performance Management: Lead a team of Assistant Managers and Business Development Officers (BDOs), driving team performance through structured planning, KPIs, coaching, and career development support.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Planning, or Trade Marketing, preferably in the telecom or FMCG sector.
  • Prior team management experience is essential.
