Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Dynamics Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights, as well as an understanding of Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing customized solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Writing code, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing CRM customizations and out-of-the-box solutions
  • Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE in line with best practices
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about new enhancements and features of MS Dynamics CE and Power Platform
  • Contributing to the planning, execution, and review of each sprint
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE
  • Experience with Power Platform and strong advocacy for low-code/no-code development
  • Understanding of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
