Pakistan MNP Database (Guarantee) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager Technical to lead the team responsible for maintaining, developing, and securing the company's technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IT with expertise in designing, configuring, deploying, and integrating Linux-based solutions. They must also have certification in Linux Systems Administration and possess knowledge of information security practices.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience in datacenter management, storage and backup solutions, high availability architectures, and disaster recovery solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing technical projects, preparing technical budgets, conducting employee performance evaluations, and implementing information security practices in line with industry standards.

  • Manage the maintenance, development, and security of PMD's technology infrastructure
  • Design, configure, deploy, and integrate Linux-based IT solutions
  • Deploy and manage storage and backup solutions (FC SAN)
  • Manage datacenters, including power supply and backup systems
  • Implement information security practices in line with industry standards

Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
