Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We seek a highly skilled talent acquisition professional to drive our global recruitment strategy for the LATAM region.

This key role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with candidates in the LATAM Region, track recruitment metrics, engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical conduct.

Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various job boards, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to our success while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Management, or Social Sciences.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in global technical recruitment within the IT industry.
  • Experience working with LATAM candidates is a strong plus.
  • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation).
  • Well-connected professionally and willing to leverage external sources to locate key prospective candidates.
  • Multi-tasking ability and a go-getter attitude with high work ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST.
