Job Title: Talent Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Professional to oversee the entire Human Resources lifecycle, ensuring a robust and efficient workforce that drives business results.

  • Maintains the organizational structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • Supports staff by establishing a comprehensive recruitment process; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by developing and delivering orientation and training programs.
  • Manages compensation plans by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing compensation structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Manages human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Advances human resources staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
