Job Title: Senior Technology Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Manager to oversee our information technology and computer systems.

  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures that meet user needs and system functionality.
  • The role also involves managing staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
  • You will identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes to ensure they align with organizational policy.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Develop and analyze systems used by employees and managers.
  • Maintain computer systems to ensure all departments are functioning properly.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in working with office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
  • Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software.
  • Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations to meet expected goals.
  • Focused on best practices and models used in the industry to meet employee expectations.
  • Good project management skills with attention to qualitative and quantitative aspects.
  • Experienced in managing information systems projects.
  • Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
