
Project Documentation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the project team in various tasks such as project documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining project files and tracking schedules.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and distribute design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Maintain accurate submittal logs and track approvals, revisions, and deadlines.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Familiarity with design drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
