
Call Center Manager Position

DSD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting business objectives.
">Responsibilities- Team Management: Oversee and supervise a team of call center agents, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
- Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance agent knowledge and skills.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve call center processes, reducing wait times and increasing overall efficiency.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with management, colleagues, and customers, providing clear updates and progress reports.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center supervisory or team leader role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
