  1. Team Management: Oversee and supervise a team of call center agents, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  2. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
  3. Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance agent knowledge and skills.
  4. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve call center processes, reducing wait times and increasing overall efficiency.
  6. Communication: Effectively communicate with management, colleagues, and customers, providing clear updates and progress reports.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center supervisory or team leader role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
