Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain ISA Server and Linux systems to ensure seamless dialing operations.
- Ensure complete grip on software and hardware aspects of the call center setup.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with dialing or other call center systems.
- Configure IP settings to optimize dialing performance.
- Implement manual dialing techniques as needed.
