
Accounting and Inventory Coordinator

Gtradecenter seeks an experienced Accounting and Inventory Coordinator to manage its financial operations effectively.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management, including preparing sales orders, sales invoices, maintaining petty cash, and managing inventory (GRN, DN, RN).
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, is mandatory. Experience with Tally ERP software is a significant advantage.
About the Role:
- Prepare sales orders and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage petty cash and maintain records
- Coordinating inventory management activities (GRN, DN, RN)
- Deliver finished goods on time as per sales order
