Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business operations in Pakistan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with our company's vision and objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales, engineering, and support personnel to achieve exceptional results
  • Built strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance
  • Maintain a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability within the team and across the organization
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth and expansion

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the IT and Telecom industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and achieving strategic objectives
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a company in Pakistan or similar markets
  • Knowledge of government regulations and policies affecting the IT and Telecom industry
