
Payment Solutions Executive

We are looking for a FinTech Sales Expert to join our team in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the payment industry/payment systems provider (KAM/Sales) and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main responsibilities:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through active pipeline optimization and lead generation;
- To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing account support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction;
- To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes;
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients;
- To communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles;
- Strong knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in Pakistan and Bangladesh;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English and Urdu or Bengal languages;
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
