Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payment processes to local and foreign vendors.

This position requires expertise in accounts payable processes, tax compliance, and SAP configuration to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring prompt payments to local vendors while adhering to established credit periods.
  • Overseeing timely payments to foreign vendors, coordinating with banks for import payments, and maintaining compliance with tax laws.
  • Maintaining and enhancing income tax compliance processes within SAP related to income tax and sales tax withholding.
  • Reconciling vendor subsidiary ledgers with the accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in vendor payments, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation at supervisory level.

Required qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP and local tax compliance regulations.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
