Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager QEC. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality management system is implemented and maintained.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements.
  2. Support Director QEC in preparation of Self Assessment Reports.
  3. Arrange Entry, Mid and End point surveys and data entry of these forms.
  4. Support Director in preparation of Quarterly Progress Report for Higher Education Commission.
  5. Supervise data analyst in day to day activities regarding quality management.
  6. Assist and provide consultancy to all departments regarding Project Excellence.
  7. Provide training to other staff members on Quality system and tools.
  8. Provide advisory and reference services to new employees.
  9. Manage Quality Manual and Six Mandatory procedures.
  10. Ensure the implementation of Control of documents and Records procedure.
Requirements
  • Candidates with expertise in Quality Management Processes and knowledge of statistical techniques are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are required.
  • Practical experience with Quality Management Systems, tools, and standards, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma implementation techniques.
