Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the high-performance engineering team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the testing lifecycle—from test strategy and planning to execution and automation.

You will work across diverse projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. This is a hybrid role based in Pakistan, offering a great balance between work and travel opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Pytest and Selenium.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
  • Validate and test AI/ML models and GenAI systems, including model accuracy and performance, bias detection and robustness, and input/output data integrity.
  • Log and track bugs using defect management tools; collaborate with engineering for resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices and code quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in QA engineering and test automation.
  • Deep understanding of QA fundamentals, including test case development and bug lifecycle.
  • Proven hands-on experience with automation tools like Pytest, Selenium, etc.
  • Strong skills in API testing using Postman or comparable tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests in build processes.
  • Experience with both functional and non-functional testing.
