Job Title: Event Management and Advertising Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, developing promotional materials, and coordinating events to enhance the company's brand presence.

About Us

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced professional to lead our event management and advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute advertising campaigns, ensuring timely submission of advertisements to media outlets.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for promotional materials, such as banners, posters, and collaterals, aligning with departmental requirements.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies to produce TV commercials and design media campaigns.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on agency requirements, monitor campaigns, and suggest modifications as needed.
  • Review draft tenders and RFPs, oversee vendor pre-qualification, and recommend vendor selection.
  • Brief vendors on quality assurance requirements and address issues promptly.
  • Develop comprehensive ToRs for advertising medium bidding and arrange bidding amongst prequalified agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry rules and regulations and guide the team accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for co-branding, collaboration, and joint promotions beneficial for the organization and aligned with its vision.
  • Select media for advertising activities to maximize outreach to the target audience.
  • Review vendor performance and decide on vendor maintenance or removal.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors for printing-related matters, including quantities, timelines, and budget.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure vendor payments.
  • Plan and execute company-wide event management activities to ensure successful events.
  • Effectively liaise and negotiate with vendors for smooth event management activities.
  • Supervise the event management team for smooth activity execution within the organization.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
