About This Role

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts payable departments and teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and supervise accounts payable staff.
  2. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions.
  3. Ensure systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies and function accurately and timely.
  4. Ensure accounts payable and financial obligations are met efficiently.
  5. Oversee tax-related processes and support AM taxation.
  6. Track financial expenditures and maintain a database.
  7. Provide reports as requested by supervisors.
  8. Oversee payment transactions.
  9. Monitor transaction status.
  10. Develop standardized procedures and create internal templates.
  11. Provide excellent customer service.
  12. Resolve queries promptly.
