About Us

Are you passionate about sports and eager to start your career? Look no further We offer a unique platform for individuals looking to develop their skills in sourcing operations and functions.

The program is designed to provide hands-on experience in key areas, including product creation, tactical and production planning, manufacturing, quality, and more. You will rotate through different teams within 24 months, receive training sessions, and work with experienced mentors and managers.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and participate in basic roles and responsibilities associated with sourcing operations and functions.
  • Shadow senior directors and managers in daily duties and interactions.
  • Take functional and project leadership under guidance.
  • Create an attitude for change and bring new ideas to the team.
  • E nsure all sourcing operations comply with adidas' Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, standards, and legal requirements.
Possible Key Relationships
  • Senior directors, costing managers, materials managers, manufacturing excellence teams, quality teams, and HQ teams.
  • Management and various departments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Technical skills in manufacturing, planning, project management, industrial engineering, materials engineering, biomechanical or sport science preferred.
  • Communication skills, including presentation, efficient note-taking, and computer literacy.
  • Analytical skills, reporting, and data collection.
  • Open mind, passion for sports, and flexibility.
Education and Experience
  • No previous work experience required but preferred. Vocational training or MA in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or MBA preferred.
  • Multiple language skills: fluent English required; German, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia an advantage.
  • Flexibility and willingness to relocate at request.
