Freight Negotiation Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Freight Negotiation Specialist to join our team. This role involves submitting proposals to internal customers and network offices in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating tariffs for key trade lanes and maintaining excellent relationships with Shipping Lines and Network offices. They will also be expected to source competitive pricing and monitor key performance parameters to ensure the department is running efficiently.
To be considered for this position, applicants should have a strong understanding of ocean/air freight and allied services commercials. They should also possess excellent negotiation skills and be able to handle large volumes of pricing effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about business development and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry and a degree in a relevant field.
