We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our planning and design efforts for GPON and FTTH projects in the northern region.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role overseeing GPON/FTTH operations, OSP activities, and GIS-based planning.

  • Lead the planning of GPON (FTTH) networks in the northern region, ensuring effective and efficient network design while overseeing the planning aspects of OSP operations.
  • Develop strategies for the expansion and optimization of GPON/FTTH networks, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Utilize GIS tools for accurate fiber optic network route planning to ensure seamless network implementation.
  • Ensure that project milestones, quality standards, and requirements are met, focusing primarily on the planning stage.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role focusing on GPON/FTTH project planning.
  • Strong expertise in OSP (Outside Plant) operations with a solid understanding of fiber route design and network planning.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful planning strategies for large-scale GPON/FTTH projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
