Business Growth Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to expand our operations in Karachi Division and strengthen our global presence.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can work both in the field and in-office, driving partnerships with local agents, educational institutions, and recruiting students, while also managing recruitment and support efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Actively identify and form strategic partnerships with potential recruitment partners and local educational institutions to increase brand awareness and student opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Arrange and conduct meetings to explore collaboration opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships to drive student admissions. Attend educational fairs, student counseling sessions, and networking events to promote our platform and services.
  • Portal Management: Use our Portal to oversee student applications, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Training and Support: Train agents and partners on using our Portal effectively, ensuring they understand the processes, systems, and requirements. Offer ongoing support regarding application processes, admissions requirements, and timelines, ensuring partners are kept informed and engaged.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create detailed reports on partnership activities, student applications, and success rates, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
