In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and soliciting philanthropic support from corporate, institutional, and individual donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to advance the organization's mission.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
  • Research and identify new grant opportunities to support existing and new programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to donors regarding stewardship of their gifts.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise copy in accessible English.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in non-profit fundraising or a related field.
  • Knowledge of donor management software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
