Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with top talent in the industry.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview panels, and align on success criteria.

This role requires a proactive, data-informed recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about shaping the future of talent at our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and outreach: Proactively source, engage, and nurture top candidates through creative sourcing strategies (social platforms, events, referrals, etc.)
  • Candidate screening and experience: Conduct initial screens and assessments to evaluate candidates for both role fit and culture alignment
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers across departments to define role requirements, build interview panels, and align on success criteria
  • Process optimization and reporting: Maintain organized recruitment documentation including interview feedback, scorecards, and funnel data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
